• Jobs booked at very short notice in the furthest-out villages may need to fit around a route we're already running that day rather than being slotted in same-day

How We Confirm Your Postcode Is Covered And Get The Job Booked

1. Call or message with your postcode: Tell us roughly where the property is - city centre, a Derbyshire village, wherever - and we'll confirm straight away whether it falls within our normal run or needs a quick check on access.
2. Talk through the job over the phone: For most properties in Nottingham, West Bridgford, Beeston, Arnold and similar areas, we can give a working estimate over the phone once you've described the rooms, the volume, and whether there's anything unusual like a garage or shed to clear too.
3. Site visit for larger or rural jobs: For bigger clearances, properties further out toward Derby, Chesterfield or the Peak District fringe, or anywhere with awkward parking or access, we'll come and look in person before quoting, so the price you're given actually holds.
4. Book a date that suits you: Once the quote's agreed, you pick the date - we work around probate timelines, estate agent deadlines, or just whenever you're ready, and we travel the same day regardless of which side of the county you're in.
5. Clear the property: On the day, the team arrives with the van, works through the property room by room, and sorts items for reuse, recycling or disposal as agreed with you beforehand.
